Welcome to I Crop Image. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our website located at https://icropimage.xyz (together or individually "Service") operated by I Crop Image ("us", "we", or "our").

I Crop Image provides a set of browser‑based image manipulation tools including but not limited to JPG↔PDF conversion, image compression, and circle cropping. All tools run entirely on your device; we do not upload, store, or process your images on any server. You are solely responsible for the images you choose to process using our tools. We do not claim any ownership over your images.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.
The Service and its original content (excluding images provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of I Crop Image and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of I Crop Image.
You retain all rights to the images you upload or process through our tools. We do not claim any ownership over your images. However, by using our tools, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates immediately upon completion of the processing.
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. You may not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service, or use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any applicable laws, including copyright or trademark laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any images you process with our tools. We are not liable for any copyright infringement or other legal issues arising from your use of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability. Because the Service is free, this amount is zero.

I Crop Image has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that I Crop Image shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
